IC Lab 2 @ GBS Techspace PDC

Completed in mid-2025, IC Lab 2 @ GBS Techspace marks the latest milestone in our enduring partnership with PDC — a relationship first established through the introduction of our co-consultant, Ar. Salee. Spanning 3,000 square feet, the space was transformed from a blank canvas into a vibrant incubation hub, purposefully designed to inspire collaboration and adaptability. Every detail, from spatial planning to finishing touches, was carefully considered to balance functionality with an industrial-style aesthetic, creating an inviting environment for its future tenants.
