Kota Dine & Coffee @ Fort Cornwallis, Penang

Our journey with this stylish and talented client began in 2015 with Kota Dine & Coffee — a project set within a cherished heritage building. Guided by a commitment to preserve its historical character, we worked within strict restrictions to minimise any impact on the existing fabric. This rewarding process was further enriched through our collaboration with Think City and a UNESCO World Heritage consultant. In 2022, we reunited to design Lululope at Juru Auto City, Penang — a vibrant and contemporary addition to their portfolio of distinctive F&B destinations, which also includes Fine Koupe and Kota Esplanade.
